    Express Communications Limited in partnership with the University of Nairobi’s School of Computing and Informatics C4DLab are organizing a two-day Conference on ICT Integration in Education on the 10th – 11th March, 2016. The theme of the Conference is ‘Leveraging ICT Innovations to Enhance Teaching and Learning Processes in Kenya.’

    The Conference will run alongside the 18th Nairobi International Education Fair and is expected to sensitize the participants and attendees on how technology can improve content delivery and learning. In addition, it will give an opportunity for various companies to showcase their ICT solutions that are geared towards the Education sector.

    Dr. Fred Matiang’i, the Cabinet Secretary for Education, Science & Technology, will be the Chief Guest and will make a keynote speech.

    The key areas of focus during the two-day conference are:

    • Shaping Digital Learning
    • Supporting pedagogical use of ICT to ensure quality teaching and learning
    • Scaling up ICT Innovations to enhance teaching, learning and education administration
    • Reinventing educational institutions to create open e-learning environment
    • Policies and strategies to enable ICT Integration across all levels of Education
